Everybody has been wronged in life. Maybe through a relationship or friendship. The hardest thing to do when someone does you wrong is to forgive. People want you to forgive and forget but that is easier said then done. These are some facts researched about forgiveness.

Self-Suffering

Forgiving is not just saying " I forgive you." Forgiving someone comes from within. Just saying it with no purpose is worthless. Forgiving someone comes from within. The fact about not forgiving is it can hold you back from being what your meant to be. Holding this grudge like feeling tears you apart. The more you carry this grudge the bitter you can become. The feeling can turn into hate,anger, or even madness. Their was a guy abused as kid.
